If you are traveling to Boquete, Panama, you will want to check out some of these fantastic and decently priced restaurants. Fresh ingredients and a host of chef-inspired dishes are on the menu, along with your favorite comfort foods and trendy items. After living in Panama for eight years, these are some of the best places to eat in Boquete that I frequent and stand behind.
Sugar & Spice
This is “the” meeting place for breakfast in Boquete. Locals, tourists, business people, everyone eats at Sugar & Spice. In addition to breakfast and lunch, they have fresh baked bread, pastries, cookies, muffins, and pies. Need a dessert for dinner guests? Sugar & Spice has a large variety of cakes and pies ready to go. Order the passion fruit pie (seasonal) to add a perfect addition to your dinner table.

Restaurant Olga’s is a great “tipico” restaurant with affordable local pricing. They offer omelets for breakfast and typical Panamanian lunches, which includes meat, rice, and beans. Olga’s has the best Hojaldras (Panamanian Fry Bread) in Boquete. Try them with cinnamon and sugar.
