Celebration

This Disney-developed town combines classic Americana with modern convenience, creating a picturesque, walkable, brick-lined streets community straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Stroll by pastel-colored homes, wander Celebration Town Center, dine at charming cafés, and enjoy regular events like the Sunday Farmer’s Market and holiday festivities.

I enjoy sitting for a bit on the lakefront promenade; the birds are sure to put on a good show for you.

Dinner could be amazing Cuban eats from The Columbia (also in St. Augustine and Tampa), or all your casual dining faves from Celebration Town Tavern. For dessert, you can’t miss the yummy treats at Le Macaron.

With 27 freshwater lakes nearby, it’s also a haven for water activities like boating, fishing, and paddleboarding. You can get out on the water yourself with the help of Lake June Pontoons.
