Disney’s Be Our Guest Restaurant
Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is home to Be Our Guest. This quick service restaurant serves French cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant is modeled after the Castle in Beauty and the Beast. It truly feels like the Beast’s Enchanted Castle! Be Our Guest offers the choice to order your meal before you arrive.
I managed to get a last minute reservation to Be Our Guest for my fiancé, Blake, and I after trying for over a year. We could not wait to have breakfast here and check out the castle!
Upon our arrival, Blake and I placed our order on a kiosk in a library themed room. Afterwards, we went to get our drinks and find somewhere to sit in this 550-seat restaurant.
Cast members use your MagicBand, or a special rose if you do not have a MagicBand, to track you throughout the restaurant. This allows them to bring your food to your table and know if you are up wondering around or actually sitting down.
Blake had the Feast A La Gaston ($24-scrambled eggs, herb roasted potatoes, apple smoked bacon, chicken sausage, fruit, and a pastry selection) while I opted for the Children’s French Toast ($14-french toast on brioche bread and fruit). Both of us really enjoyed our breakfasts.
If you want a “true” Beauty and the Beast experience, try Lumiére’s Gray Stuff Cupcake! I think it tastes like cookies and cream.
Blake and I ate our breakfast in the Grand Ballroom. I was so excited that we found a table in here because I had been singing “Be Our Guest” all morning. The Ballroom is decorated with beautiful chandeliers, painted ceiling, and outside of the windows, a thunderstorm takes place.
I loved the decor in the West Wing. It is modeled after the Beast’s study and is home to the Enchanted Rose. It was really awesome to see the rose on display and I think that everybody in the restaurant stopped to take a picture of it.
The third dining room is the Castle Gallery. Here, you can find a real life depiction of Belle’s Library. Beautiful tapestries line the walls showing scenes from the movie and in the center of the room, there is a statue of Belle and the Beast dancing.
I Would Dine Here Again
Blake and I really enjoyed having breakfast at the Be Our Guest restaurant. Walking through the themed rooms justified the price of our food for me. I only wish that Belle and the Beast had been available for pictures after our meal.
